There were stop-and-go delays on a stretch of the Hutchinson River Parkway late Saturday afternoon after a car fire blocking two lanes.
The incident, reported at 4 p.m., occurred southbound at Mill Road (Exit 18) near the Eastchester/New Rochelle border.
